Like I've said before I'm prepared to give my time to the club for free and if I can help in anyway they know where I am.

Are plans already being made for pre-season. For example friendlies, new sponsorship etc around this time of the year we write to a few bigger clubs and wait for their responses, and the more local clubs we have to wait to see what leagues they are in You ve left it to Norman ?

I think the decision, who's ever it was, to go local and bring the young players through has been without doubt a highlight of the season so far and those that have come through the ressies or brought in have outshone the imports of the past couple of seasons and shows agreat future especially with so many more in the pipeline in the reserves now. Was this always a plan or forced upon you by being unable to find suitable outsiders?

Is getting the attendances up the biggest challenge at the club at the moment? How big a concern is it?

Do you think it will be easy to keep this group together? With such young talented players will more be put on contract in order to keep them with the club?

How big a concern is it? yes its a concern and i generally thought the local interest within the first team squad and with 10 out of the 16 on tuesday night was from lynn or wisbech would have generate bigger crowds but its looks like top three football and big cups runs is the only way to get serious numbers in non league circle unless your fc utd

I think the likes of Stevo have been a credit with his commitment and loyalty you

I know people have often said they wanted more local players in the side. Now we have it and gates are still low. Can't work it out sometimes!!
